The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for designing, creating, and executing marketing tactics and programs, and administering marketing platforms to accurately track performance across channels. This includes, but is not limited to, creating, and executing marketing campaigns, managing the corporate website CMS, reporting on the performance of marketing tactics and evaluating emerging technologies.

This position can be based out of: Waukesha, WI | Maple Grove, MN | Brighton, CO

  • Support marketing campaigns by running ads, creating emails, landing pages, building automated workflows and more in the marketing automation platform 
  • Manage, execute, track, and report out on the performance of the advertising calendar 
  • Responsible for administering the marketing automation platform and being the system technical expert, seeking to optimize processes and increase utilization of functionality 
  • Administer the website and content management system, optimizing for technical SEO elements 
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database 
  • Perform basic metrics analysis and reporting 
  • Assist in planning, supporting, and/or implementing other marketing tasks as needed
  • Minimum of three (3) combined years of experience in digital marketing
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills with a problem-solver mindset 
  • Experience utilizing MS Office, Adobe software, and CMS, and marketing automation systems like Hubspot or Microsoft Dynamics 
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes 
  • Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Communications or related field) or equivalent education/experience
