WHR Group is a small, locally owned, global organization and seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to coordinate all Marketing efforts for the organization. We are an eight time award winning top workplace!

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the day to day operations of all marketing for the organization including coordination of marketing, communications, strategy and promotional materials for WHR Group supporting sales efforts to the external market. An ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing & executing marketing campaigns, creating leads for sales. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels. Tasked with developing and maintaining marketing strategies and continuing to build the WHR brand through clear and concise messaging on social media, proposals (RFP), and prospecting materials. The Marketing Specialist will work on SEO and create leads for business development.

Position Specific Tasks:

  • Inbound lead generation as the main focus of all marketing strategies. 
  • Lead and manage overall SEO strategy with defined growth targets. 
  • Research and implement SEO recommendations for website architecture, content, internal linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords and online visibility. 
  • Ongoing optimization of SEO efforts, including but not limited to: keyword research, on-page optimizations (including keyword insertion/deletion, metadata etc.) landing page optimization, conversion optimization and backlink building and optimization. 
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals. 
  • Keep pace with SEO, PPC, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments. Define, develop, and implement the overall social media strategy. 
  • Develop a clear and consistent tone of voice in all major channels that aligns well with the brand and its goals/objectives. 
  • Create and maintain the content calendar to ensure regular content on social throughout the year to align with business goals and position the brands as thought leaders. 
  • Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads and like systems. 
  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics. 
  • Responsible for the design and creation of marketing programs, prospect and current client presentations, policies, reports, and other materials as needed. 
  • Works with Operations and Leadership to identify and implement supplemental materials. 
  • Works closely with Sales Team to identify new business opportunities and reach growth goals, including weekly sales meetings and assistance with proposal process. 
  • Staying abreast of changes in the marketing environment to best serve the objectives of WHR Group, and continually enhance the marketing offerings and platforms. 

Expectations:

  • Exceeds goals and KPIs to generate leads and create revenue generating opportunities. 
  • Maintain professional working relationships with all parties involved in the relocation process including the transferee (spouse), the client, the vendors and internal departments of WHR Group. 
  • Prioritize tasks on a daily basis and adjust schedule accordingly to accommodate the tasks that require attention on that given day. 
  • Contribute to team success by accomplishing tasks necessary to maintain satisfactory guideline achievement. 
  • Demonstrate the ability to be a team player and adapt to the changes in the company. Take on additional responsibility as needed to maintain sales and service expectations. 
  • Assist in the training of employees to implement new procedures and policy changes. Provide vision to the marketing team through development, providing learning opportunities, and consistent feedback to the team.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Critical reasoning and flexible thinking is necessary. 
  • Requires a hard-working, positive, and professional individual. Focus on customer service is necessary. Most possess the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast paced environment. 
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing with clients, vendors, third-party contracts, as well as all levels of management. 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and meet critical time deadlines are crucial to this position. 
  • Position requires extensive sitting, typing and may occasionally lift up to 20 pounds. 
  • Associate/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Marketing Communications is preferred 
  • Previous experience with B2B Marketing is an advantage 
  • 3+ years of Marketing, SEO or Marketing Communications is required.
