We’re looking for someone who is fluid in all things digital, including ad development for paid social, paid digital, and RESULTS. You’re able to roll with platform algorithm changes as they happen and are versed on the use of negative keywords and eagerly champion the power of an idea. If you’re organized, strategic, passionate about driving results, and really, really love data, then you just might be what we are looking for.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide strategic counsel, and creative thinking for digital and social campaigns, while focusing on driving strategy, engagement and overall ROI 
  • Develop and manage the day-to-day digital and social campaign activities across integrated paid, earned, and owned media 
  • Perform campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, reporting and optimization of paid and organic social, digital, and paid search campaigns 
  • Build organic social media calendars, post content, assist in content creation, in addition to scheduling ads, managing and monitoring budgets for paid social 
  • Work with design, content and development teams to optimize organic and paid content 
  • Develop a deep understanding of client goals in order to forecast budgets, and create campaigns 
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop relevant ads and landing page content structures and take complete ownership of multiple client accounts 
  • Take active ownership and accountability for projects through final delivery, meeting all timeline milestones 
  • Set KPI targets, measure and report performance and ROI 
  • Perform keyword discovery, competitor research, technical audits, and content reviews 
  • Manage and monitor PPC campaigns including CPC, conversions, keyword research, bidding, campaign management and work with our copywriting team to create effective ad copy 
  • Optimize to a target ROI and make analytics driven decisions and optimizations to drive performance and incremental revenue 
  • Communicate regularly with internal account service, creative and development teams 
  • Stay apprised of new and emerging technologies, provide technical strategy, direction and offer creative solutions
  • Minimum 4 years digital, PPC and paid social experience; agency experience preferred 
  • Lots of drive and positive attitude 
  • Background in estimating and running digital ad campaigns, across multiple platforms (display, PPC, social, etc.); programmatic media buying experience beneficial 
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and other emerging social media channels and their best practices 
  • Experience using ad managing platforms for social channels, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Twitter and LinkedIn, with willingness to learn up and coming platforms 
  • Experience using organic management platforms, such as Hootsuite 
  • Successfully executed SEO best practices during launch of websites 
  • Autonomous working skills, while working well as part of an integrated team 
  • Attention to detail Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Ability to present to and interact with clients 
  • Team-oriented, strong collaborator, responsive 
  • Desire to learn and grow
