The Digital Marketing Strategist will lead the digital marketing strategy by collaborating with Marketing Directors and other marketing and sales staff to drive growth through customer acquisition, email strategy, social strategy, SEO/SEM optimization and website content development and management.

This position will develop and track strategies aligned with corporate and marketing goals and key performance metrics to drive customer engagement and search ranking through coordinated marketing plans, strategic promotional campaigns, a consistent brand voice, and use of marketing automation technology.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Digital marketing strategy and analytics 
  • Digital tactic execution 
  • Provide a high level of customer service, display a positive image to internal and external customers, and promote organizational teamwork 
  • Assure a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, guests, and visitors

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, technology or other related field 
  • Proven work experience in digital marketing, including email marketing, web user experience, content marketing, SEO, and social 
  • Proven work experience in email best practice,landing page design, email delivery, and email customer engagement 
  • 2-5 years of experience in designing and producing email using an electronic service provider such as Exact Target or Pardot 
  • 2-5 years of experience working in a web content management system such as Sitecore or equivalent 
  • Experience in Photoshop, Google Analytics and Salesforce 
  • Expert HTML skills 
  • Strong organizational skills, time management and project management experience

Preferred:

  • 1-3 years of experience using marketing automation technology such as Salesforce Pardot or equivalent
