Digital Media Buyer
Southeast Wisconsin
Milwaukee, WI

Boelter + Lincoln is seeking a Digital Media Buyer that will be a core contributor to the buying, optimizing, and analyzing of digital advertising within Boelter + Lincoln’s Media Department. The Digital Media Buyer will work with the department to develop, implement and analyze all programmatic campaigns (including display, video and audio campaigns) and to share insights on reporting, strategy, new business planning and process improvements.

The Digital Media Buyer will also be involved with search marketing and paid social when appropriate.


  • Create, manage, and optimize campaigns within the Trade Desk and social platforms. 
  • Monitor campaigns and make recommendations on goals to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive revenue or conversions. 
  • Work with Media Planners to report on key performance indicators, and opportunities for improvement on a regular basis. 
  • Collaborate with Media Planners to help manage overall campaign tracking documentation and reporting. 
  • Drive continued innovation and best practice implementation, regularly sharing your knowledge with the team. 
  • Communicate regularly on status, timeline, budget, performance and competitive intelligence analysis with organization. 
  • Assist as necessary on other interactive campaign implementation, tracking and reporting.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 2-3 years’ experience with DSP’s required 
  • Knowledge of all Google products necessary – Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Data Studio. 
  • Knowledge and experience with web analytical tools and interfaces is required. 
  • Strong analytical skills necessary. 
  • Able to work with a team and to be an individual contributor. 
  • Knowledge of additional elements of digital and traditional marketing. 
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects. 
  • An organized individual with great attention to detail and focus on quality of results. 
  • A strong curiosity and drive to learn.
