Looking to kickstart your digital marketing career? We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Corporate Marketing Team and become an essential part of supporting and optimizing our brand’s online presence. We’re looking for a Digital Media Coordinator to assist in the development, design, and maintenance of our website/s and online digital profiles. We believe that every day should be an adventure. This role can be fully on-site or hybrid.

Salary: $50,000-$60,000 per year.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, design, and maintenance of our brand website/s – your creative touch, attention to detail, and critical thinking will be key to making our online presence shine! 
  • Collaborate with the Digital Media Manager and cross-functional teams to create engaging digital content, including website copy, graphics, UI/UX mockups, etc. 
  • Create, upload, format, and publish landing pages using a content management system. 
  • Monitor and optimize website performance, making data-driven decisions to improve user experience and drive conversion rates. 
  • Maintain and manage media libraries to keep us organized and efficient. 
  • Create digital assets for website, email marketing, social media and/or digital advertising campaigns that continue to grow and nurture our digital footprint. 
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, suggesting innovative ideas to enhance our online presence and captivate our audience. 
  • Audit and update existing content pieces for search engine optimization. 
  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement. 
  • Manage the technical aspects of key marketing systems such as email automation, CRM, CMS, and CDP to improve the success of marketing efforts and help develop future strategies.


  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, graphic design, or a related field – we're looking for someone with the right mix of creativity and technical know-how! 
  • Experience working with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite), content management systems (Umbraco) and website analytics tools – you know your way around the digital playground! 
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data – you can make informed decisions based on the data. 
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and a keen eye for design – you have a knack for creating visually stunning and user-friendly experiences. 
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and social media platforms –you're no stranger to the digital world! 
  • Exceptional communication skills – you can easily collaborate and feel comfortable sharing your knowledge with others. 
  • Must be a self-starter able to anticipate project needs in a fast-paced environment – you can think ahead and identify digital marketing needs as they arise.
