The Digital Media Manager manages the development of Digital campaigns and strategies to help achieve client goals. You'll partner with colleagues across channels to ensure that campaigns are creative; test new solutions and evaluate and improve campaigns to improve our client's business goals. Our ideal candidate will have a passion and expertise for translating numbers into recommendations to help improve our clients' outcomes. This role will oversee multiple paid media accounts, communicate with vendors, clients and account reps and help other internal media planners with cross channel digital campaigns. 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and manage Paid Search (PPC/SEM) campaigns

  • Lead the overall SEM strategy for our clients and execute that plan 
  • Account setup, strategy development, organization, and management 
  • Analyze paid search beta tests and new platforms/vendors 
  • Make credible strategic recommendations and provide updates against goals \
  • Create and present PPC recommendations to Account Service and directly to clients when needed 
  • Forecast and plan paid search growth, and communicate opportunity with Account Service/client 
  • Provide actionable insights to Account Service/client on a regular basis 
  • Contribute to thought leadership on PPC industry topics 

Reporting, Optimization and Reconciliation

  • Use reporting, analytics, and trend tools, including Google Analytics 
  • Draw important analysis from data and make specific recommendations 
  • Optimize and report on each buy on a timeline to be determined by Digital Media or Account Manager 
  • Issue accurate media billing to Account 

Plan and manage Cross-Channel Digital campaigns

  • Account setup, strategy development, organization, and management of omni-channel digital marketing campaigns using Twitter, Facebook, Snap, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. 
  • Monitor campaign performance by analyzing campaign data, pulling campaign data results and continually optimizing 
  • Create and present digital media recommendations to Account Service and directly to clients when needed 
  • Provide actionable insights to Account Service/client on a regular basis

Skills

  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Keyword research and experience estimating campaign size and budget 
  • Dashboard creation experience with Google Data Studio for paid search campaigns 
  • Excel and reporting skills for PPC purposes 
  • Insight curious and data-driven 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Experience planning and implementing campaigns with Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years managing Digital Campaigns 
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certified 
  • Keyword research and experience estimating campaign size and budget 
  • Understanding of, and comfort with, off-site and on-site media reporting metrics and how to optimize campaigns based on current performance
