Digital Media Manager

We are looking for a creative, strategic and goal driven individual with a passion for digital marketing. As part of our Marketing team, you will build, maintain, and expand our digital footprint to enhance our brand. You will design and maintain our websites, social media campaigns. You will be bringing brand awareness to our targeted audiences.  This is NOT a remote position.  

Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years Digital Media Experience
• Great Writing and Communication Skills
• Email Marketing experience
• A good understanding of Social Media Advertising, assisting with the development of digital marketing campaigns
• Ability to define Metrics/KPIs and build reporting framework to evaluate performance of paid and organic searches
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, PhotoShop and Word Press 
• Fundamental understanding of SEO best practices

• Ability to continually alter your frame of mind to jump seamlessly between strategy, execution, and analysis
• Proven Leadership abilities
• Willing & eager to learn and to expand skill set
• Be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with technical and non-technical members of the team
• Ability to juggle & properly prioritize tasks & projects in order to hit deadlines and meet objectives
• Plugged in to the marketing community, platforms and technology
