The following is a summary of the specific areas of responsibilities and the expected skill set of the Digital Media Trafficking Manager.

BVK is looking for an experienced digital media trafficking manager to execute digital media campaigns through Google Campaign Manager. We’re looking for someone who is very process-driven and manages the campaign process with precision. This role owns and manages the planning, tracking, implementation, testing, and measurement of all client digital media campaigns.

The candidate will also be responsible for conducting reporting, optimization, and billing activities.

You will segment target audiences, track ad bids, help conduct A/B tests of ad copy and creative and optimize your campaigns for success. You will regularly present progress and results to department leads as well as translate those results in a thoughtful way for a variety of audiences.

It is expected that the candidate work alongside experts in the areas of paid and digital media, earned media, and analytics to build successful, efficient media campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with media strategists and other internal staff to develop effective media campaigns within Google Campaign Manager
  • Review all assets to ensure social media ads are aligned with the strategic approach
  • Analyze and monitor ad performance on a daily basis
  • Drive performance-based results with allotted budget
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify high performing ads and incorporate learnings into future campaigns
  • Gather weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual paid metrics across social media campaigns and work with paid, social, and/or analytics team members to compile reporting metrics and recommend optimizations, as applicable
  • Implement and manage day-to-day programmatic buys across multiple Demand Side Platforms and social media platforms in a self-service manner. Includes, but not limited to, setting bid strategies, performance monitoring, identifying and implementing optimizations (by the target audience, content, geographic area, etc), providing proactive recommendations and program insights.
  • Deliver actionable audience and optimization-based insights at the agreed-upon cadence.
  • Analyze 1st and 3rd party data to create custom audience segments for cross-channel use
  • Work closely with brand teams to provide insights and recommendations that align with, or enhance strategy/business goals.
  • Understand performance objectives and KPIs, and develop successful programmatic strategies.
  • Collaborate with Tech, Data, and Inventory partners to ensure that features, assets, and other elements necessary to successfully utilize their products are properly executed and delivered in a timely fashion

Experience:

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in digital media
  • Proficient in Google Campaign Manager
  • Experience analyzing social media metrics
  • Experience running paid advertisements on social media
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Detailed, analytical mindset
  • Proficient in balancing and adhering to strict budgets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Advanced knowledge of social media platforms
  • Advanced skills in MS Office – particularly Word, Excel
