Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Develop tactics to drive sales and awareness of our e-commerce store, through digital, email and Pay-Per-Click channels.
  • Collaborate with the Content and IT Teams to create and implement marketing assets
  • Prepare cost estimates for store promotions, measure effectiveness and optimize if needed
  • Coordinate U.S. Concealed Carry Association store promotional executions and delivery of supporting materials across a variety of functions
  • Determine scheduling of creative web assets including banners, homepage
  • Create and maintain a company promotional calendar ensuring accuracy and alignment with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with inventory management to ensure product supply is properly allocated
  • Partner with merchandise team on product sourcing needs and provide visibility into upcoming requests Work with a cross-functional team to establish timelines, schedules and deliverables
  • Coordinate U.S. Concealed Carry Association store promotional executions and delivery of supporting materials across a variety of functions
  • Document and establish SOPs; identify opportunities for process improvement

Skills / Abilities and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • At least 5 years experience in marketing and project management
  • Experience in a progressive direct response, digital, e-commerce and/or product marketing role with strong Pay-Per-Click and email expertise
  • Strong project management skills and ability to pivot and optimize as needed
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to draw conclusions and make solid recommendations
  • Understand how to interpret reports, data, and results into actionable suggestions
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads
  • Enthusiastically accept varied projects and new responsibilities as assigned
  • Strong communicator with both analytical and creative aptitude
  • Collaborative and flexible, willing to discuss new ideas
