Royal Credit Union was made up of just 100 Members when we were organized in April 1964 to serve the employees of Uniroyal and their families. In November of 1972, Royal was granted permission to add other employee groups to its membership and over the next two years we did just that, bringing 27 new groups into the family. That popularity told us we were ready for a community charter.
With more than 200,000 Members today, on the surface we don't really look like we did when we just occupied a small office in a tire plant. But there are many, many things that have remained true from day one. They are highlighted in our Core Values, which you will find on this page and posted in each of our offices. Royal Credit Union is currently seeking to add a Digital Product Analyst to their growing Digital Experience team.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with all areas of the Credit Union implementing the vision, strategy, and tactical road maps related to assigned digital products and services.You will be instrumental in ensuring that product enhancements are made based on Member feedback, while utilizing key performance metrics and data to align the digital products with the overall experience.A successful candidate will be able to collaborate with the technical and subject matter experts along with the product vendor to ensure accurate alignment of systems while overseeing the full digital experience for the product or service.
This position is located in Eau Claire, WI, but could work remotely. Candidates must be within a driving radius to allow for trips into the Corporate office as needed.
Full-time exempt position with normal business hours of 8 AM – 5 PM Monday – Friday with additional hours as needed.
