This Digital Product Manager role with Associated Bank will manage our Consumer Lending technology product roadmaps. They will oversee the entire lifecycle of both frontline and back-office consumer lending systems from inception to launch, and through future enhancements. The Digital Product Manager is responsible for the product management and product performance including core product management (product development, enhancement, maintenance, and planning) and applied product management (pricing, marketing, distribution, forecasting, reporting, and compliance).

This person will:

  • Drive sales platforms towards business outcomes by partnering with the Consumer Lending line of business to understand business impacts of technology products, and gain a deep understanding of key customers and target markets. 
  • Develop and maintain relevant digital product roadmaps with a strategic focus on the product vision, business objectives, and market trends. 
  • Develop business cases for technology products and report KPIs to relevant stakeholders. 
  • Represent the platform in vendor roadmap prioritization discussions and assist in managing third-party vendor relationships in conjunction with the Technology Sourcing Office. 
  • Prioritize roadmap epics and features to position the Consumer Lending digital products and platforms for optimal adoption and utilization to drive contiuous value.
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Communications, or Information Technology. Required. 
  • Masters Degree in Business, Communications, or Information Technology, Preferred. 
  • 8+ years product management experience, Required. 
  • 6+ years' experience solving unique problems with broad impact on the business and experience solving problems that require conceptual and innovative thinking to develop solutions, Required. 
  • 4+ years' experience working in Scrum Agile environments, Preferred. 
  • Experience in Consumer Lending and/or supporting Consumer Lending digital products, Preferred.
