Starkey is looking for a dynamic, detail oriented Digital Program Manager who will manager Starkey’s digital marketing initiatives/systems, which include the creation and maintenance of mobile apps, digital tools, and websites.

Our digital program manager will:

  • Oversee and prioritize digital initiatives with the CMS (Sitecore), web development, and mobile app teams. Includes website creation/maintenance/support, managing the implementation of digital product launches, and mobile app creation and execution 
  • Assist in the maintenance and management of all domestic and international websites 
  • Create, manage, and maintain mobile app processes within Marketing 
  • Manage digital product launch initiatives 
  • Manage retail website creation and maintenance 
  • Work with retail website lead and Sitecore content team to create/maintain retail websites 
  • Facilitate digital initiative tracking, resource utilization, and on-going prioritization as necessary for all digital initiatives

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Communications, or related field

Experience:

  • 4-5 Years of practical professional experience in web-based project management/trafficking role for online marketing 
  • Detailed experience working with content management system – Sitecore a plus 
  • Experience in project management best practices and methodology specific to web/mobile apps
