Digital Project Manager

CI Design is looking for a Digital Project Manager (web, web app, mobile app, AR/VR) to join our full-service agency team.

CI Design is looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our full-service agency team delivering Web, App and other digital projects. You will be a primary project contact for customers. You will oversee all aspects of project planning and execution. You will work with the Account and Production teams to create estimates, and take part in sales presentations as a Project Management representative.

• Someone who is a leader and can establish relationships and trust with staff and clients. 

We'll expect you to have:

• 5+ years in a Project Management role overseeing digital project delivery 
• Strong writing and proposal development skills 
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time 
• Ability to interact professionally and confidently with our clients 
• Ability to create thoughtful and realistic estimates 
• Ability to capture, interpret and convey client requests to internal teams 
• Comfort discussing budgets 
• Project plan and milestone development skills with an ability to create comprehensive timelines and status documents 
• Ability to ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget 
• Ability to measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques 
• Experience with Agency workflow and modern project management techniques 
• Experience managing marketing and business enterprise scale web projects. Mobile App experience a plus) 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs 

Additional desirable skills include:

• Experience with project management applications 
• Experience with Jira or other Kanban board task tracking software 
• Knowledge of/practical application of Agile/Scrum methodologies 
• Project Management related course completion/certifications
