As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of various projects, including but not limited to site redesigns, online tools and digital advertising campaigns. If you are a tech savvy professional who has an in-depth understanding of digital ecosystems, and you have experience managing and delivering projects that are strategically aligned with business goals, on time and within budget, you belong the Hoffman York digital team.

  • Provide end-to-end projec tmanagement
  • Facilitates project scopes, estimating, SOW development and timelines
  • Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, and implement digitaland non-digital projects
  • Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
  • Act as the first point of contact between agency teams on any new requests
  • Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
  • Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
  • Create necessary support documentation
  • Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects, ideas, and processes
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, creative, or technology related fields
  • 4+ years of work experience managing full-scale website projects (conception through post-launch and monitoring)
  • Experience with Agile Methodology, specifically with Scrum principles
  • Experience working with Jira and other project management tools
  • Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook,Excel)
  • Experience working with Content Management Systems
  • Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
  • Superior communication, organization, and team management skills
  • Comfortable working with multiple teams cross-discipline, in-house and remote
