We’re seeking a driven digital project manager to join our close-knit, dedicated team at Lightburn. The ideal candidate will work with our internal project teams of designers, developers, and digital strategists in overseeing and organizing projects.

Project Managers at Lightburn are strategic thinkers who work closely with clients to understand organizational goals, define solutions, answer challenging questions, and maintain the quality of a final project. Part account manager and part traditional PM, our project managers have high ownership of their client relationships. In this role you’ll handle resource planning, task management, budgeting, and day-to-day communication with clients and internal teams.

As a PM at Lightburn, you’ll work with a variety of accounts on a wide range of projects, from ecommerce to large content management sites. You’ll facilitate production team sprints, document and prioritize requirements, collaborate with our designers and developers, and coordinate ongoing support engagements for long-term clients. Please note: We are currently seeking candidates based in Southeastern Wisconsin who will come into the office multiple times a month and attend in-person client meetings as needed.

What’s required:

  • Minimum 3+ year of experience leading complex digital projects
  • Relevant experience in an agency setting
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience tracking budgets, developing project plans and documenting requirements
  • Proficiency with modern project management tools preferred
  • Comfort managing complex, large accounts with multiple ongoing projects
  • Strong time and priority management skills

Your responsibilities:

  • Confidently manage a project through all phases, from initial discovery to launch
  • Communication with client and with internal team members
  • Maintain continual improvement efforts for key accounts
  • Budget management
  • Resource planning
  • Soliciting and acting on project feedback in a timely manner
  • Updating project documentation
