Digital Project Manager

Snipp is a fast-growing publicly listed company focused on building promotions and shopper marketing technology solutions for brands. We work with some of the largest brands and agencies in North America and increasingly internationally and produce cutting edge campaigns for them. The web producer will work with clients & off-shore development personnel in the creation of custom mobile programs. You will coordinate workloads and traffic projects after intake by sales through go-live.

You will own A-list mobile marketing campaigns and work with the largest agencies & brands in advertising and marketing. Chance to define analytics and metrics for an emerging marketing segment. Projects will include responsive micro sites, widgets, mobile applications, and SMS/MMS based media delivery. Digital Project Managers act as liaisons between Clients, Sales, and Development teams to manage project workload, deadlines, tracking, and reporting.

• Excellent client service skills with strong diplomatic verbal and written communication skills. 
• Demonstrate a high-level understanding of all phases of website and software development process from project inception through go-live. Job requires ability to create wireframes, mock-ups, and configure software. 
• Demonstrate a high level of comfort with complex technical lingo and an openness to asking questions. 
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and understanding in using multiple project management and development tools such as Basecamp and JIRA. 
• Thoroughly test each digital campaign in development and live environments. Manage flow of multiple projects concurrently, take ownership of deadlines, and communicate priorities to the client and developers. 
• Reach out to participants in campaigns that require tier 1 customer service. Develop a sharp understanding of the client’s brand standards, internal workflows & conventions. Manage accurate project grid and reporting (client and internal). 
• Understand and identify potential opportunities with existing clients for incremental work. 
• Help identify and define workflow best practices. Be creative and excited to learn new concepts. 
• This is an evolving field and requires an adaptable and curious mind to excel.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in interactive design, development, or client relations in an agency setting. 
• 1-2 years (eg internship) of product management in a design studio, internal creative department, or agency environment, web development. 
• Direct experience working with developers is preferred. 
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite & Microsoft Office. E xcel wizardry and previous experience with Basecamp and JIRA a plus. 
• Verifiable experience in written & verbal communication in a business environment. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with project teams. 
• Experience working under continual deadline constraints with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple quick-turn projects and changing priorities. 
• Flexible schedule is a must.
