The Wisconsin Dells Visitor & Convention Bureau (WDVCB) is the official tourism destination management organization for the Wisconsin Dells area. A private, non-profit corporation formed in 1949, the WDVCB is funded through a combination of room tax, membership dues and advertising co-ops.

This position is responsible for managing, creating, and launching engaging campaigns across all social platforms, implementing, and managing email communication strategies and developing dynamic website content all while reflecting the Wisconsin Dells brand accurately.

Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field, and a minimum of three years, preferably more, related experience required. Or combination of at least seven years directly related consumer engagement, digital content, social management and/or design experience.
The ideal candidate should have the right balance of technical skills and imaginative creativity. Candidate must be a problem solver who is able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines and can present and communicate creative ideas clearly to others, but willing to take direction and work with team members in multiple departments. Strong interpersonal communication and project management skills are critical. The candidate must be capable of capturing and editing high quality photo and video assets. Previous experience managing social media accounts for a destination is a plus.
This is a salaried position estimated to work 40 hours per week and wage is based on experience.
