Digital Specialist

As our Digital Specialist, you will work across our clients’ digital touchpoints to execute media campaigns, identify trends, and push to improve all digital experiences. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable with fast-paced, evolving job responsibilities and someone who isn’t afraid to wear multiple hats in order to help us continue building our digital team. The Digital Specialist is a collaborative position that will work closely with our Digital and Connections teams to ensure we constantly push the limits of what's possible for our brands’ user experience.

The Task At Hand:

  • Owning performance monitoring, reports, planning, and KPI's for digital campaigns
  • Executing on organic and paid digital campaigns across social media and ad platforms
  • Developing keyword plans to be used for both organic and paid search efforts
  • Assisting with copy for paid search campaigns
  • Analytics and UX site reviews to identify areas for improvements
  • Staying up to date on SEO, SEM, and UX best practices
  • Conducting SEO audits, keyword research, and monitoring SEO performance


  • You have 1-3 years of relative experience at a creative agency
  • You tout a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or a related field
  • You’re obsessed with performance and curious about data
  • You’re on top of the latest trends and eager to dig in
  • You have familiarity and experience with Google Analytics, GTM, SEO, SEM, and PPC
  • You’re excited about the digital world and curious about its evolution
  • You have a solid understanding of social platforms and social monitoring
  • You understand and have experience with A/B testing and implementation
  • You’ve experienced implementing and optimizing paid search social advertising campaigns
  • You’re a resource for best practices in UI/UX design
  • You have familiarity with web design and HTML best practices
  • You love organization
  • You notice and consider great user experiences
  • You’re always iterating and improving
  • You like to analyze before concluding
