What You’ll Do:

Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Lead day-to-day execution of organic and paid social media, digital marketing and content campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, Google/YouTube and more.
  • Develop thoughtful audience targeting, ad copy, keyword/SEO research, creative content, budgets and reporting – tailored to client business goals and platform nuances.
  • Craft comprehensive digital strategies that integrate client insights, industry trends and measurable objectives.
  • Track campaign performance and deliver clear, actionable analysis using platform insights, Google Analytics and third-party tools.
  • Stay on the pulse of evolving platforms, trends and technologies to bring innovative ideas to clients.

Content Development & Storytelling

  • Plan, write and produce strategic, engaging content (copy, graphics, multimedia) optimized for social and digital platforms.
  • Recommend and leverage the right digital formats – written, visual, video or audio – for the right piece of content to bring client stories and campaigns to life.
  • Bonus if you have skills in AI operations, social video production and editing, full funnel marketing or influencer partnership management.

Client & Team Collaboration

  • Serve as a confident client contact, proactively problem-solving, making recommendations and helping to advance their goals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal agency teams (creative, communications, content) to incorporate digital into larger integrated campaigns.
  • Contribute thought leadership within Branigan by sharing insights, participating in agency discussions and Branigan social media, mentoring peers and collaborating across departments.

Time & Project Management

  • Organize and manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.
  • Track time accurately and maintain billability goals associated with current level.

What You Bring:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in social or digital marketing, communications or related roles in B2B/B2C industries (agency or in-house).
  • A bachelor’s degree in digital media, marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to independently organize and manage projects, juggle multiple deadlines and communicate clearly with internal teams and/or with clients.
  • A digital native with relevant agency or brand experience with paid and organic social, SEO, email marketing, analytics and content strategy.
  • A strategic mindset, curiosity to learn and a passion for creative problem solving that helps clients succeed.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach – and a desire to grow alongside an ambitious digital team.
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
