Digital Strategy Manager

Digital Strategy Managers at TDR are responsible for laying the foundation upon which we build our paid digital marketing campaigns. From paid search and OTT to Facebook and display ads, they’re in charge of working with new and existing clients to develop holistic campaign strategies centered around exceeding their business goals.

Our Digital Strategy Managers are pros at thinking like the client — and getting inside the head of their target audience. These go-getters are tasked with understanding our clients’ offering, and investigating their competition and industry. Then, they use these inputs to craft a creative, performance-driven, business-minded paid digital strategy.

You’re a perfect fit for this role if you have extensive experience working with new clients in an agency setting and have coordinated multiple campaigns for multiple clients across various traditional and paid digital channels. We’re looking for someone with big ideas, out-of-the-box thinking, and the humility to roll up your sleeves and help with implementation, reporting, and troubleshooting.

  • Must have 5+ years of agency experience 
  • Must have a deep understanding of the various paid digital advertising platforms in paid search, display, social, and video 
  • Must be highly creative, innovative, and always game for a strategic brainstorm session 
  • Must have expert analytical skills and the ability to identify, interpret, and use marketing analytics to develop creative strategies 
  • Must be a strategic thinker and perpetual learner — always looking for that next competitive edge for your campaigns 
  • Must be a problem-solver, able to assist others in finding outside-the-box solutions to their complex problems 
  • Must have exceptional communication skills and be able to speak and write clearly and succinctly 
  • Must have excellent prioritization and organizational skills in order to juggle competing demands 
  • Must be resilient and positive — even in difficult situations (attitude is everything here at TDR) 
  • Must be able to respond positively to and learn from constructive feedback 
  • Must be detail-oriented and thorough
