If you have a passion for all things digital read on. We are looking for a well-rounded digital guru with experience leading strategy and execution in the creation of an omni-channel user experience. The Government Programs Marketing Digital UX/Content Producer role is responsible for creating the ideal prospect acquisition experience that meets both user and business needs. This position requires collaboration with key business stakeholders, content authors and digital product managers to develop and maintain a roadmap for our websites global User Experience and related content strategy. Focusing on simplifying the Medicare shopping experience, bringing a consumer orientated perspective to the websites UX and content and building trust in the UHC digital experience to drive growth across digital engagements.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a human centered vision and plan to enhance existing, or develop new, user experiences and related content 
  • Work with other organizational leaders (e.g. Product, Design, Content, and User Experience Strategy) to develop and communicate a comprehensive User Experience and content roadmap in support of strategic business initiatives 
  • Collaborate with applicable business partners and stakeholders to conduct market research and analysis that informs and validates the User Experience strategy 
  • Engage with external Agency and internal development partners to ensure the UX strategy and vision is infused into all our projects at the beginning and executed through to the end of the project 
  • Partner with Government Programs Growth Marketing team to identify and build unique User experiences and content for customer personas that drives success throughout the full-funnel 
  • Utilize influencing skills to build a collaborative culture and foster relationships across the Government Programs digital team and broader UHC digital organizations 
  • Partner with our Digital Delivery teams on the analysis, design, development and testing of product capabilities and features 
  • Conduct competitive analysis and UX assessments of digital experiences both inside and outside the Medicare industry, identifying gaps and emerging opportunities for Government Programs Digital 
  • Develop various communication elements to socialize/evangelize/educate stakeholders on UX strategies and opportunities 
  • Bring passion and curiosity to both identifying key decisioning experiences and needs and simplifying the process for choosing the Medicare coverage that will improve our customers lives 
  • Effectively communicate UX design and prototypes to Digital Product teams, Content Authors and Developers utilizing common UX tools

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 
  • 5+ years of digital marketing agency experience 
  • Experience developing human centered UX for a large ecommerce site 
  • Ability to understand and optimize the entire user experience funnel, leveraging testing and personalization tools (i.e. Adobe Target, etc.) 
  • Experience with analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) 
  • Understanding of content management systems (i.e. Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, etc.) 
  • Understanding of direct-to-consumer (“DTC”) digital prospect acquisition and measurement 
  • Must live within a commutable distance to the Minnetonka Office 
  • Must be available to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading online products, user experience, content, design, or production in large corporate or health care environments 
  • Health care experience or experience in other interactive and digital industries such as retail and financial services 
  • Experience with Agile software development processes. 
  • Formal experience with one or more recognized Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, etc.) or toolsets (VersionOne, Rally, etc.) 
  • Experience delivering Web experiences that meet user needs based on usability research, UX design and information architecture principles, and product management methodologies
