This position provides analytics and business analysis that enables continuous improvement of digital experiences. This role will measure the value and impact of online features and functionality, identify trends, conduct competitive analysis, report on key performance metrics and translate website data into actionable insights.

KW2’s Digital Experience Team is at the center of all data-driven insights and recommendations that strive to meet the changing needs of our customers and their end users. We’re looking for someone who has the ability to be highly analytical but can effectively communicate these findings across internal teams to provide the insights and requirements needed to continue to improve our digital experiences. You must have 3-5 years of experience in data-based analysis and website UX insights. As Digital Web Analyst, you will provide measurement plans, actionable insights and reports that help drive conversions for web and media experiences. Positivity is a must in KW2’s culture.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Track key metrics of website performance across multiple clients: unique visitors, page views, time spent, and conversion metrics based on Analytics Goals and Events
  • Develop reporting dashboards and monitor key metrics
  • Support the collection and integration of data across various sources and systems
  • Execute custom analysis projects identified by account management staff to support UX, user research and media initiatives
  • Serve as internal expert for Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Identify KPIs for website content and digital campaigns
  • Provide recommendations in clear and concise manner that displays clear understanding of data and business objectives
  • Lead and create website UX initiatives for client websites – planning, sitemap, wireframe, measurement plan
  • Present strategy and planning documentation of website redesigns (no UI required)
  • Stay up to date on new trend and emerging digital channels, and provide suggestions for new initiatives that will improve performance
  • Measure success of digital marketing campaigns, report on campaign analytics and analyze large data sets to identify trends, root causes and business improvement opportunities
  • BS/BA in marketing, user experience, data science, computer science, MIS or other related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Google Certification in Analytics
  • Experience creating and organizing tags in Google Tag Manager
  • Experience in planning, creating content strategies and analyzing websites for the best user experience
  • Analytical experience in digital marketing role
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization) including website technical analysis, keyword expansion, onsite meta data analysis experience a plus
  • Digital analytics experience using the Google Analytics platform including Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio
