The Director, Brand & Creative is responsible for executing the company's portfolio-wide brand management strategy and leading the supporting in-house creative services team. The role will play a key role in providing B2B brand and innovative solutions to increase brand equity and elevate our assets to fuel the company's growth. The Director—a strong brand and creative leader and strategic forward-thinker—is responsible for overseeing brand management and performance measurement and ensuring the quality of all creative products presented and delivered. Works closely and collaboratively across the organization serving as a resource to multiple departments, including leasing, property management, C-Suite, and the entire senior leadership team to deliver strategically driven and thoughtful execution.
