Since 1993, we have been sourcing coffees from origin and roasting every batch by hand. By developing farmer and co-op partnerships, we can be involved in every step of creating our great coffee experience. Our Session Coffees™ are roasted in a way that reveals the unique flavors of each origin while maintaining balance and sweetness.

We are independently owned and roast our award-winning coffees in Milwaukee's Riverwest neighborhood with cafes operating in Milwaukee, Madison and Chicago.

Director, Digital & Product Marketing

The Director of Digital & Product Marketing is responsible for developing and leading the strategies, process, implementation, and results of all digital projects and product marketing, as it relates to our company mission, vision, values, and culture.

  • Lead the development, execution, and overall performance of our Digital Platforms, Integrated Product Marketing and Brand
  • Responsible for managerial oversight and execution of digital projects for Colectivo Coffee and Troubadour Bakery such as, but not limited to: E-commerce, Loyalty, Web, Social Media, and integrations with all general marketing initiatives 
  • Own integrated product and brand experiences calendar, driving the delivery of immersive, organized and compelling brand experiences 
  • Work collaboratively with all internal and external parties to ensure project objective, scope, deliverables, timeline, budget, quality, and process are managed in a fun and goal-oriented manner 
  • Create digital strategies to drive web store sales 
  • Manage all online web store products and assets 
  • Lead Loyalty Program experience and performance 
  • Create e-content for coffee, bakery, food, merchandise, and events
  • Drive customer acquisition of coffee subscriptions
  • Analyze data to improve performance across all digital properties
  • Collaborate with creative and café teams on all initiatives
  • 5+ years of digital, e-commerce, social, and general marketing experience
  • Proven knowledge, with proven results, of managing B2C data and campaign analytics 
  • Technology competent across digital platforms: Shopify – required 
  • Self-starter, strong writing, creative, integrated team leadership
  • Technical college or 4-year degree preferred
