The Director, Growth Marketing will be responsible for multi-national lead generation efforts including the planning, implementation and reporting of marketing campaigns, tactics, and localization of content to deliver a desired lead generation outcome and promote the Flexera Software brand. The candidate should have experience in analyzing markets, targeting personas, defining metrics, managing budgets, measuring progress and delivering ROI. The candidate should have excellent communication skills. This role is a player/coach role with both management of resources and individual contributor responsibilities.
Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, this role is a player/coach role that will manage other demand generation resources, partner with multinational marketing teams, sales teams, and partner teams, as well as execute individual contributor responsibilities.
