Director, Integrated Planning

We’re looking for an Integrated Planning (IP) Director to inspire teams, build Client businesses and move our agency forward. This is a high-profile role with a seat and voice at the leadership table. As a strategic visionary with masterful relational skills, you will set your Client’s strategic direction, integrate teams across disciplines and ensure that our tactical plans and executions come to life in a meaningful way. The ways you will make an impact:

  • Champion Client’s business objectives and advocate for the strategic vision in tactical planning 
  • Integrate IP with the broader KSM team, ensuring synergy between the tactical plan and execution, as well as cross-client solutions and knowledge sharing 
  • Demonstrate superior knowledge of cross-channel media strategy and planning, as well as an intimate understanding of investment solutions, media analytics/insights, and measurement 
  • Identify organic growth opportunities through new technology, emerging media, market trends, and KSM products 
  • Oversee audience development, channel role planning and allocation 
  • Leverage KSM products/intellectual property to uncover insights and deliver on the tactical plan 
  • Cultivate trusted Client relationships and model our client-first mentality; deliver as a creative thought partner with a vested interest and deep understanding of the Client’s business 
  • Manage Client profitability, staffing, resource and budget planning 
  • Play an active role in new business opportunities; impress prospective clients with your strategic prowess and interpersonal aptitude in presentations 
  • Develop junior team members through direct feedback; inspire, empower and continuously raise the bar to yield ongoing progress 
  • Contribute to agency thought leadership

Experience you should bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in media (preferably integrated); key role as Client leader on national/regional business 
  • 5+ years leading and developing others
