Position Details

Director, Integrated Program Marketing

The Director of Integrated Program Marketing ensures strategic cross-functional marketing achieves business objectives. They collaborate with the marketing team to implement projects aligned with organizational goals. This role acts as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and coordination. They optimize operational processes, oversee marketing projects, monitor performance, and provide executive support. to senior management.

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Oversees and manages the planning, execution, and activation phases of new and ongoing strategic projects across marketing functions. 
  • Serve as a single point of contact for cross-functional internal teams to implement all phases of strategic projects and ensure a seamless project flow including project kickoffs, stakeholder reviews, metrics/reporting. 
  • Creates and maintains marketing project dashboards for status communication to leadership per set cadence. 
  • Anticipates and proactively communicates project issues to project leader and assists in developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals and objectives. 
  • Consults with appropriate staff to resolve issues; identify and minimize risks; develop contingency plans and identify opportunities to ensure projects are completed successfully. 
  • Project budgeting, management and reconciliation

The ideal candidate has:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Marketing experience with focus on program/project marketing 
  • High level of customer service is a must. 
  • Ability to work independently and identify key business issues, communicate these in a succinct fashion and act quickly and effectively under pressure to resolve conflicts or issues is critical. 
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced, autonomous environment. 
  • Keen ability to translate complex technical capabilities into creative, intuitive content and programs. 
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships at all levels within the organization. 
  • A history of customer engagement, documenting solutions and translating into customer benefits. 
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to solve complex problems and communicate ideas clearly and succinctly. 
  • A proven self-starter with excellent organizational skills, with a track record of delivering exceptional work product under time constraints. 
  • The ability to articulate a vision and strategy in a way that inspires and motivates a team and focuses their energy on achieving business goals. 
  • The ability to manage multiple, complex priorities within demanding timeframes.

  • Provide strong marketing leadership, including developing, coaching and mentoring team, with ability to manage/lead and prioritize across multiple teams simultaneously.

  • Build rapport and establish collaborative relationships; develop network of business and professional contacts; leverage business relationships to support goals. 
  • Interact in a professional manner with internal and external contacts; use tact and diplomacy; maintain confidentiality; appropriately handle and communicate controversial or sensitive information.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and summarize data and facts with insight and brevity; establish logical connections; form sound decisions based on analysis.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or Communications is preferred. Advance Degree, such as MBA in Marketing or Integration is a plus.
