This is a full-time, exempt, 52 weeks per year position with some evening hours and some weekends as needed. Schedule can be somewhat flexible and remote work is permissible.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ensures departmental adherence and compatibility with organizational goals, objectives, and strategic initiatives. Oversees strategic oversight of college website with planning roadmap and continuous improvement responsibility.
- Develops and implements project plans; troubleshoots project plans and implements solutions; evaluates program and project performance.
- Manages strategic partnership with college advertising and marketing strategy agency.
- Prepares, reviews, interprets, and analyzes a variety of complex and multi-faceted information, records, data, forms, schedules, calendars, surveys, and reports; makes recommendations based on findings.
- Develops and maintains internal and external relationships; participates in/on a variety of meetings, committees, task forces, and/or other related groups to communicate information regarding services, programs, areas of opportunity, and/or other information; represents assigned academic area on committees, advocacy groups, and/or other related groups.
