Director, Marketing & Residential Sales

The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for increasing the customer and product penetration in the market to achieve budgeted revenue and net customer growth targets. He/she is also responsible for all staffing, training, and management of the marketing and residential direct sales departments.


Marketing – 50%

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive acquisition marketing plan including direct mail, digital media, outdoor media, etc for residential and Small Business segments 
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive up sell marketing plan to increase product penetration and maximize revenue 
  • Develop programmer relationships to develop co-op marketing campaigns and incentives 
  • Maintain local competitive database to keep market informed of all competitive products, packages, and promos 
  • Plan and implement marketing strategies to support customer growth, customer retention and revenue objectives

Residential Sales – 50%

  • Lead Direct Sales teams for maximum productivity
  • Ensure local market performance and productivity needs from a centralized sales group 
  • Develop and implement necessary sales incentive programs and strategies 
  • Develop and implement a residential single family and multiple family homes strategy


  • Must have an aggressive sales nature 
  • 15 Years of Professional Experience 
  • 10 Years of Sales and or Marketing Experience 
  • Motivated to succeed/passion around organization goals 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Process/Quality driven


  • Bachelor’s degree in sales leadership, operations management, marketing or communications. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a sales and marketing team 
  • Strong selling and communication skills combined with a commitment and proven ability to succeed within a fast paced organization
