We are seeking a dynamic Director, Marketing to join our team and help us fulfill our mission of helping people live their best lives.

The successful candidate is an effective team leader, change agent, and team player who brings strength in growth marketing strategy, planning, and execution, while also demonstrating proven ability to:

  • Act as a partner in the business planning process at the local market and enterprise levels. 
  • Build expertise in broker and sales support strategies that can be duplicated in multiple markets. 
  • Design, implement and track B2B and B2C omnichannel growth marketing plans to drive patient acquisition and retention. 
  • Use customer data and market information to proactively identify and assess new business opportunities to create customer value and profitably grow the business. 
  • Develop business cases to support investment in growth marketing initiatives. 
  • Lead a team in the identification and deployment of innovative, forward-thinking campaigns that drive measurable value. 
  • Write and edit content for a variety of mediums and ensures that all communications are high quality and adhere to brand standards and style. 
  • Develops and implements metrics to report and monitor progress against goals. 
  • Partner closely with product marketing, brand marketing, and enterprise resources to deliver a seamless experience for our clients and members 
  • Work with creative partners to develop messaging that is compelling and on-brand. 
  • Recommends changes and adjustments to the marketing strategies to increase program effectiveness. 
  • Acts as a champion of change. 
  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels and evaluates the performance of direct reports. 
  • Must be a leader that will roll up your sleeves and work with the team.

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or related field and 8 years of marketing & communications experience with demonstrated results in the health care industry; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. 
  • Requires marketing experience partnering with sales and brokers to develop marketing strategies that drive sales growth. 
  • Experience developing strategies to engage brokers in multiple markets. 
  • B2B and B2C experience are required. 
  • Leadership experience required – must have managed direct reports and a field marketing team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exceptional relationship building and communications skills; resourcefulness and proven ability to get things done; collaborative partner with internal and external stakeholders; customer and client-centric focus; ability to prioritize work and influence others. 
  • Medicare experience and AEP planning are strongly preferred. Prefer B2B and B2C experience in Medicare or a large health system. 
  • Experience developing and managing budgets is very desirable. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, Adobe tech, Constant Contact preferred. 
  • Experience in primary care patient acquisition marketing is highly desirable.
