Join our team as the Director of Advertising and Brand Management to take ApexNetwork Physical Therapy to the next level!

This position will be responsible for managing and overssing all aspects of advertising and graphic design for corporate clinics, franchise clinics, and franchise or new development.

A day in the life:

  • Oversee and assist with prioritizing and delegating tasks to team in order to work toward timely completion of all projects. 
  • Communicate key information and progress on projects to operations team and ownership to make sure goals and directives are being met according to timelines 
  • Monitor and track expenses related to projects and work within budgetary parameters. 
  • Oversee business listing, review management and social media platforms. 
  • Ensure brand consistency with advertising and design efforts between corporate and franchise divisions. 
  • Interview hire and train design team members /interns as needed. 
  • Mentor and manage design staff to ensure high level of teamwork and productivity. 
  • Monitor and approve payroll and PTO request for design team staff. 
  • Complete annual staff reviews for design team. 
  • Partner with every department as well as external ad vendors. 
  • Identify and implement new solutions ad serving technology. 
  • Manage trafficking, pacing and optimization daily of ad campaigns. 
  • Understand and monitor KPIs ensuring best performance.

A day in the life (continued):

  • Provide weekly reporting and post campaign data. 
  • Manage month-end billing and reconciliation in coordination with internal teams. 
  • Lead creative discussions and meetings in order to provide insight on creative capabilities, best practices, efficient campaign development and execution, and overall creative services processes. 
  • Develop and oversee ad campaigns and contracts. 
  • Coordinate vendor negotiations and the bidding processes and look for cost-savings opportunities as it relates to advertising/marketing/business development. 
  • Assist marketing team with development and creation of marketing literature and promotional items including flyers, brochures, letters, maps, and other printed materials as needed. 
  • Design ads and research relevant ad campaigns. 
  • Invoicing of all campaigns assigned. 
  • Oversee online store and develop materials as needed and coordinate company needs with store contact. 
  • Manage and edit photography and video as needed. 
  • Oversee completion of company newsletters. 
  • Coordinate and delegate social media schedule and ad campaigns for Facebook, LinkedIn, Google and other social media platforms. 
  • Review SEO reports and social media analytics and provide feedback to optimize use and frequency of the various platforms. 
  • Oversee website updates and maintenance and coordinate additional higher-level needs provided by preferred contractors. 
  • Oversee new clinic start-ups for corporate and franchise locations: design needs, signage, decals, startup kits, decor. 
  • Monthly advertising and social media training to new hires across corporate and franchise divisions. 
  • Able to cover for Graphic Designer as needed. 
  • Content writing for social media, newsletters, press releases, advertisements and literature.
  • 5+ years’ experience in management/support role in the advertising/online media 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field 
  • Experience with Google Ads Manager or similar ad serving solution 
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics solution 
  • Google Certifications in Analytics Individual Qualification, Ads Measurement, Display, Search, and Video Preferred 
  • Experience with Facebook Business Manager 
  • Facebook Blueprint Certified preferred 
  • Proficient in MailChimp or similar email serving solution 
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools across both digital & traditional media development 
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with high attention to detail and the ability to meet project deadlines 
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office
