ProHealth Regency Senior Communities in Brookfield is looking for full time, talented, Director of Community Development (Marketer) to join our team. An understanding of the Long Term Communities and its' needs. Leasing of Senior Living Apartments or Assisted Living Apartments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsibilities include building professional community relationships, cultivating relationships with potential residents and their families, generating then following up on leads, conducting tours, closing sales and coordinating the move-in process.
  • The ideal candidate has at minimum 2 years of success in building professional relationships and closing leads.
  • Candidates must be goal oriented, strategic thinkers with critical thinking skills.
  • Background and experience in Senior Housing, Assisted Living, Long Term care or other older adult services is preferred but not required.
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding census targets.
  • Excellent time management, the ability to multi-task, and consistently meeting deadlines are essential.
  • This individual must be willing and able to take initiative, while also being a team player. Stay abreast of market trends and the competitive environment.
  • Schedule time to host and attend marketing meetings as necessary – including after-hours or weekend events, tours, and appointments with prospects and their families.
  • Excellent listening and conversational skills – both on the telephone and in person.
  • Ensure consistent and high-level use of CRM system as a selling tool, keeping detailed information on prospects and activities on a daily basis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College degree in public relations, marketing, business management related fields, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong, proven sales background.
  • LTC industry a plus.
  • Leasing experience a plus.
