Reporting to the Chief HR Officer, the Director of Corporate Communications will serve as a key member of the Regal HR leadership team. This is a hands-on role that is responsible for developing and executing strategic, global internal and external communications plans and activities to drive associate engagement and alignment to Regal’s Business System (RBS)—which includes our Values / Purpose / Mission / Vision, DEI strategy, talent acquisition & retention and business priorities—to excite potential job candidates and to inspire customer loyalty and investor confidence.
This subject matter expert will be responsible for partnering with the various HR Centers of Excellence (i.e., Talent Acquisition, DEI, Segment HR leaders) to build and implement communications strategies that outline Regal’s value proposition to external candidates, build the company’s reputation as an employer of choice and position Regal as a leader in the markets we serve.
With guidance from the CHRO, VP of Talent and HRLT, the Director of Corporate Communication will play a central role in designing and implementing the global internal engagement strategy to advance the alignment of our 20,000 global associates to the company’s strategy and culture.
In partnership with the VP Investor Relations, along with other key leadership team members, this role will also support external communication of key Regal messages, including our Annual Report and annual Sustainability Report. This role will also manage all corporate related webpage communication.
This leader will promote strong communications and collaborate with Regal’s four global business segments, corporate executives and the CEO.
