Position Summary:
The Director of Development and Communications (DDC) enthusiastically spearheads efforts at RCC to cultivate, solicit and steward charitable funds, build connections, and deliver compelling messages to secure support for RCC’s work to address the needs of survivors of sexual assault and prevent sexual violence. This position works very closely with the Grants and Compliance Manager and supervises a .5 Development Assistant.

Compensation: $45,800 – $51,500
