JOB SUMMARY:
The primary role of the Director Donor Engagement and
Marketing is to implement a comprehensive donor engagement and fundraising
program, as well as, the overall marketing and communication strategy for the
agency. The Director of Donor Engagement
& Marketing is responsible for the development and implementation of
strategic plans as it relates to increasing and diversifying philanthropic
funding from individual, corporate, foundation and government sources. The role is also responsible for ensuring the
agency’s internal and external communications provide for a consistent message,
in-line with branding, marketing, and developmental efforts.
