Regal Ware, Inc. is a privately-held American-owned company that manufactures and markets stainless steel cookware and bakeware, multi-ply cookware and cast aluminum cookware for families worldwide. The company was founded in 1919 as the Kewaskum Aluminum Company, and was incorporated as the Kewaskum Utensil Company in 1945. The corporate name was changed to Regal Ware in 1945. In 2002 Regal Ware acquired the assets of The West Bend Company, thereby tracing the company’s continuous manufacturing in the United States back to 1911. In 2003 Regal Ware divested itself of the small electrics housewares business sold under the West Bend brand name, while retaining the manufacturing and rights to the West Bend Cookware history. Cookware by Regal Ware is produced in the United States at the company’s two manufacturing facilities located in West Bend, Wisconsin and Kewaskum, Wisconsin. Its corporate offices are located in Kewaskum. Cookware by Regal Ware products are sold under a variety of brand names through direct-to-the-consumer channels. Each cookware brand has its own unique combination of features and benefits. Current direct sales brand names include Saladmaster®, Kitchen Fair®, Lifetime®, Classica®, and Royal Queen®.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing, this position is responsible to increase sales by collaborating with cross-functional team members to manage the eCommerce initiative including but not limited to, business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, website design, web analytics and web technologies.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact within the organization for cross functional team members acting as a project manager to test, prioritize, develop, manage, implement and evaluate eCommerce initiatives
  • Participate in the development and execution of strategic and tactical business plans with other members of the cross functional team supporting the eCommerce strategy
  • Manage the user experience of the website including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns
  • Develop and oversee the effective planning, quality and execution of content across the websites and online marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of all web content publishing
  • Manage all aspects of web analytics related to eCommerce and communicate relevant information to team members, executive leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Partner with key cross-functional teams to ensure all relevant organizational goals and implications are factored into eCommerce projects
  • Build and direct a cohesive team of internal and external personnel to effectively develop eCommerce solutions
  • Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase eCommerce sales and profitability Identify new areas of eCommerce opportunities beyond current organizational thinking
  • Develop, manage and maximize digital marketing, SEO, SEM and social media efforts based upon data and analytics
  • Provide support in the social media strategy (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)

ADDITIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide expertise on current eCommerce industry best practices. Consult on cross-functional projects to ensure eCommerce principles are incorporated
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in web sales and web marketing of consumer products
  • Extensive knowledge of e-commerce technology and sophisticated analytics
  • Proven leadership of large eCommerce projects
