The Director of Integrated Marketing communications (IMC) is responsible for the development of all consumer-facing communications across the pet and grocery categories at Post Consumer Brands. In partnership with internal and external creative agencies, this leader will ensure all communications are designed to meet channel needs, tie back to brand strategy, and aid in driving awareness and sales for PCB. The director of integrated marketing communications will act as the connector across brand, media, internal creative and external creative agency partners with the ultimate goal of serving the consumer a cohesive brand experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of IMC managers, strategists, and project managers supporting both pet and grocery categories 
  • Coach and guide IMC team on delivering world-class creative campaign and communications while supporting cross-functional teams 
  • Lead the development of creative campaigns across all brands – both pet & grocery 
  • Lead all creative agency work including RFPs, scope creation, creative agency onboarding, and day-to-day management 
  • Lead the connection between marketing teams including brand, media and internal studio 
  • Lead production workstreams for video and photo shoots 
  • Create and facilitate a process to better leverage in-house capabilities to save on external creative fees 
  • Own and manage all non-working dollars including agency fees, OOP costs, talent fees and creative freelance support 
  • Oversee the management of all creative assets from concepting to deployment
  • 8+ years marketing experience including 3+ managerial experience 
  • Bachelors Degree in Communications, Marketing or other related field 
  • Ability to understand media KPIs and create actionable communication optimizations 
  • Ability to translate brand positioning and consumer insights into GTM communication strategies 
  • Proven track record leading a team of creative or marketing professionals 
  • Strong communication skills including verbal presentations and written plans, with ability to influence peers 
  • Experience managing external creative agencies
