Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy.
- Manage, monitor, and update all social media platforms.
- Create and schedule engaging, audience-specific content.
Website Oversight
- Maintain and regularly update facility and corporate
websites.
- Lead development of new websites as needed, prioritizing
accessibility, SEO, and user experience.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Internal and External Communications
- Streamline communication across departments and
stakeholders.
- Develop and distribute internal newsletters, memos, and
executive updates.
- Write and coordinate press releases, announcements, and
community outreach materials.
Content & Collateral Development
- Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures,
signage, and flyers.
- Oversee branded merchandise and promotional materials.
- Enforce brand guidelines across all visual and written
content.
Digital Presence & Analytics
- Manage Google Business Profiles for all locations.
- Track and report on digital metrics (e.g., social media
engagement, website performance, Google reviews).
- Use data insights to make informed marketing decisions and
recommendations.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Partner with teams across admissions, HR, operations, and
leadership to support their marketing and communication needs.
- Serve as a liaison to external marketing vendors and
consultants.
