Director of Marketing & E-Commerce Sales

The Director of Marketing & E-Commerce Sales is responsible for development and implementation of a comprehensive company-wide Marketing Plan with emphasis on the E-Commerce sales channel for Florence Eiseman. Our well-established E-Commerce sales channel is expanding rapidly and requires an experienced Marketing professional to increase annual sales beyond the current pace.

The Director leads all marketing initiatives for the company, with particular focus on the E-Commerce sales channel. This includes all aspects of the website including customer acquisition, customer experience, customer retention, and working with outside contractors to define web content. This position is responsible for driving sales and overseeing performance. The Director supervises a small team of individuals responsible for implementation of marketing initiatives.

This includes:

  • Responsibility for comprehensive omni-channel annual strategic marketing plan for Florence Eiseman, including both wholesale and E-Commerce sales. Oversee implementation of plan.
  • Develop and prepare sales tools for wholesale Markets for each season of garments to assist Sales Reps in optimizing sales to wholesale customers
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive electronic marketing plan including paid search, email, SEO, etc.
  • Set up Digital Advertising Programs. Design and execute Google, and Amazon Shopping campaigns to maximize profit
  • Build and manage social media profiles, presence, (and, where applicable, budget) including Facebook and other channels deemed to bring value in the future
  • Continuous analysis of E-Commerce sales to influence product development, garment selection for E-Comm sales, promotions, sales, etc.
  • Monitor progress, using analytics, regularly report on progress against identified goals and objectives
  • Define discount pricing strategies and sales promotions
  • 5-10 years experience in digital marketing; E-Commerce experience preferred
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize projects and tasks, adapt to changing needs and tackle new challenges daily, while managing a team of 3 staff members
