Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing or related discipline) or equivalent experience required
2. 4 - 6 years of experience in a director-level marketing communications role
3. Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing communications
4. Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational, leadership, and presentation skills
5. Experience developing and managing budgets and hiring, training, developing, supervising, and appraising personnel
6. Experience overseeing the design and production of print and digital materials
7. Excellent conceptual, writing, and communication skills proven from at least five years of demonstrated experience
8. Self-motivated with the ability to independently prioritize projects, work under tight deadlines, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
9. Open and collaborative style; must be comfortable working in an environment where ideas are shared and challenged
10. Expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, along with word processing, and workflow/project management tools. Database and CRM experience a definite plus.
