This director position leads a product management, marketing and business analytics team of 5 and a product portfolio totaling $900 million - $1.2 billion. He or she is accountable for creating a highly engaging culture that fosters safety, continuous improvement, teamwork and trust. As a member of the division-wide commercial leadership team, this leader is responsible for developing marketing talent as well as addressing skill gaps across the organization to position Charter Steel for ongoing growth.
Integral parts of the role is to drive team member engagement, customer engagement methodologies and drive change and transformation. The successful director must be able to define future state markets, build organizational consensus on the appropriate structure, methods and processes to scale for growth. The director must provide guidance for executive team and leadership to the commercial team to deliver on organizational growth objectives.
