Job Purpose and Requirements:
This role is responsible for creating and managing an enterprise-wide marketing strategy that fully supports the company’s overall goals and objectives. In addition to leading the Downstream Marketing team, the role is responsible for developing strategic marketing plans and go-to-market strategies, as well as executing/measuring the elements of those plans and strategies. Key performance metrics include revenue and profitability attainment of each business category, incremental demand generation, brand awareness, brand equity, customer loyalty and net-new customer acquisition. The role partners with the Upstream Marketing team and others cross functional teams to collaborate and launch successful go-to-market strategies that enable the sales team, differentiate the company and provide an exceptional customer experience.
