Responsibilities:

The Director of Marketing plays a key role in driving the strategy of ADA Practice Transitions. This person will be responsible for leading the marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and retention, brand loyalty, and generate revenue. In addition, this person will work with other leaders of the organization on the implementation ADAPT’s service in such a way to enable the necessary profitability to achieve stated business goals.

Must Have:

  • BS/BA 
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing in a variety of settings 
  • Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing 
  • Successful track record in marketing roles; creating and implementing marketing campaigns 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills 
  • Significant customer service skills (both internal and external) 
  • Creative thinking tempered by budget and organizational capability realities 
  • Must be able to work collaboratively with a broad variety of stakeholders 
  • Proven ability to plan and manage budgets 
  • Experience with content management system (e.g., Sitecore, Hubspot or similar) as well as other new social media tools (e.g., BombBomb, Survey Monkey, MailGun, and others)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint 
  • Occasional travel, evening and weekend work; the time and demands will be varied based on market events and conditions.
