The Director is responsible for creating and implementing marketing programs, including collateral and sales tools, to support the facility’s strategic business plans. The Director combines advertising and editorial strategies to enhance the image and public perception of Crossroads Community Hospital. Strategies include production and placement of Television, Radio, Print and Outdoor Advertising for the hospital, as well as, for newly recruited physicians. The Director is responsible for the coordination of hospital publications including the employee newsletter, physician newsletter, departmental brochures, and all hospital collateral materials. The Director also serves as the hospital’s spokesperson and media liaison.
The Director is also responsible for leading the efforts to achieve census objectives, develop strategies, and form sustainable relationships within the medical community. The Director will develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of the hospital’s admission goals and will initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets. This position will also maintain contact with all referral sources in the market to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
