You’ll start with the Predictive Index (PI) assessment
(takes <20 minutes total), then move through structured interviews, work
samples, and culture-focused interviews. We respect your time and promise

Purpose & Summary:
As the Director of Marketing, you’ll play a critical role in
accelerating our growth by building a strategic marketing engine that generates
demand, positions Dynamic as the category leader in IT asset disposition, and
connects deeply with diverse B2B segments—from Fortune 500 companies to public
sector partners.
This role demands initiative, innovation, and agility—you’ll
make timely decisions, pivot confidently as the market changes, and drive
outcomes through your team and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll be a
visible, influential leader within our company, regularly presenting to our
Executive and Senior Leadership teams, and setting high standards for
performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally spanning
demand gen, product marketing, and brand strategy
- Demonstrated tenure and good job stability
- Experienced in scaling a marketing function within a
similar-sized organization of 200–500+ employee company through $100M+ in
revenue growth
- Proven team leadership and budget management
- Experience in presenting marketing strategy and results to
Sales and Executives
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of ITAD, electronics recycling, or sustainability
trends
- Navigating a high-growth environment.
- Advanced ABM, generative AI, or RevOps expertise.
