Director of Marketing

As the Director of Marketing, you will focus on innovative and strategic marketing that will drive growth across our company and industries. You are well versed in marketing strategy, analysis, and campaign execution, and have a passion for leading and developing people.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team 
• Create and manage marketing strategies for Findorff, our industries, and departments 
• Manage brand presence 
• Understand and monitor marketing trends 
• Develop and maintain marketing initiatives and provide reporting and analyses to leadership 
• Develop communications, messaging, and PR strategies 
• Oversee and provide strategic copywriting and content creation 
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with department and company goals 
• Ensure processes and procedures are established where needed

• 10+ years of relevant experience and a BA degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field 
• Excellent written and verbal communication and people skills 
• Successful collaborator that is detail oriented and highly organized 
• Passion for strategy and proactive planning 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfort with Adobe Creative Suite 
• Experience in the Construction industry is a plus
