We are looking to hire a Director of Marketing to lead our company's marketing strategies. This position will provide guidance to the department by planning and coordinating marketing efforts, evaluating and developing marketing strategies, and building awareness for our company's brand.   • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short- and long-term to support operations and meet revenue objectives of organization.
  • Pitch event ideas, promotions and collaborations to executive management that align with brand(s)
  • Lead reporting efforts on all media spend, marketing efforts and agency support to claim success or identify areas to improve.
  • Control marketing budget and work with accounting to process invoices.
  • Be responsible for driving brand concepts into meaningful marketing plans for the company.
  • Create innovative solutions and establish processes to address current and future brand and business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with media sources (radio, newspaper, television, local publications, social media).
  • Direct and manage development and maintenance of company web pages on company site, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and other social networking sites.
  • Represent the voice of the consumer ensuring all marketing programs are rightly targeted to drive the brand strategy with the right consumer.
  • Be expected to know and stay current on market trends, the competition, the consumer, and each of the geographies.
  • Develop, manage, and build strong relationships with our communities and external partners.
  • Supervise and approve the preparation, issuance and delivery of sales materials, promotional materials and on premise collateral.
  • Bachelor’s Degree highly desired, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations
  • Fluency in digital media & reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate various options and quickly make recommendations.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Demonstrated experience with project management, idea creation, creativity, and cross-functional team excellence.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, including the ability to motivate others within a workgroup.

  • Ability to develop and maintain fair and honest relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work off hours spending time within our property leaders during appropriate business trends.
