As Director of Marketing, you will drive the need for healthy indoor air by creating demand for our Energy Recovery Ventilation units that goes beyond government regulations and quality standards. The ideal candidate has visionary experience developing and executing marketing campaigns while inspiring and motivating a team.   • Lead in the development of RenewAire branding and corporate identity initiatives 
  • Develop, implement and analyze the impact of next generation marketing, communications and public relations programs designed to support RenewAire’ s growth and market objectives 
  • Conduct customer, competitor, brand, and product research initiatives to identify sales and marketing opportunities for expanding or altering marketing mix elements, value proposition, messaging, hierarchy, and business building initiatives to remain competitive 
  • Provide and utilize intelligence concerning market conditions, emerging industry trends, competitive product activities and strategies, to leverage the RenewAire value proposition 
  • Define, implement, and support systems that facilitate effective Marketing operations 
  • Conceptualize ideas, defines strategy, attends, and oversee operations for trade show events 
  • Mentor team on objectives, markets, and standards 
  • Manage day-to-day activity of Marketing Department activity and external vendors to ensure that brand creative, message and execution are aligned with brand and deliver against program objectives and timing. 
  • Work in coordination with sales, marketing, engineering, and operations as a key member of the product development team during strategy, new product launch, and post-launch product improvements


  • Highly visionary marketing leader with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally 
  • Exceptional manager with the ability to motivate your team to reach goals and strategies with and through others. 
  • Next generation understanding of the power of marketing as a way to create consumer need. 
  • Ability to direct creative team in production of stand-out marketing collateral both digitally and in print. 
  • Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills 
  • Technically proficient – able to understand and explain the energy and technical aspects of ERV units and systems. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities and collaboration skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or equivalent education/experience required 
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, sales, and/or product management 
  • 3-5 year of supervisory experience 
  • Well-developed understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing and print material best practices 
  • Excellent software skills and subject matter expertise in digital marketing
