Position Details

Director of Marketing
Twin Cities Metro
Bloomington, MN

StuartCo is currently looking for a Director of Marketing to join the team at our Corporate Office in Bloomington, MN.

You will be responsible for will leading our marketing efforts providing direction, guidance and leadership to our marketing team. The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative and passionate about their work. This position is responsible for evaluating and developing short- and long-term marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing plans, communicating the plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for StuartCo’s corporate office and portfolio or properties.

This position is Full Time, 40 hours per week schedule M-F during normal business hours.


  • Identify sound marketing and branding platforms. 
  • Oversees marketing department. 
  • Works collaboratively with marketing team on project schedules and setting expectations. 
  • Conceptualizes, creates and implements marketing and public relations programs which will favorably project StuartCo’s image and goals while promoting its properties. 
  • Develops and administers the marketing budget. 
  • Conducts various forms of market research in order to promote StuartCo properties. 
  • Maintains professional community relations to increase StuartCo’s visibility and new business opportunities. 
  • Performs special Corporate advertising related projects and assignments, which may not be recurring.


  • 6+ years of related work experience with demonstrated understanding of social media platforms, Google Analytics and other platforms to increase StuartCo Brand. 
  • Content marketing copywriting skills required with demonstrated ability to write powerful headlines and drive profitable action. 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Google Ads with ability to analyze results and make recommendations 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations and/or communications required. 
  • 2+ years of management experience required. 
  • Proficient computer skills, including operating a Windows-based environment, various graphics programs, word processing, spreadsheets, the Internet, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Excellent negotiating skills. 
  • Ability to present concepts in new ways and from new perspectives. 
  • Possess a high level of problem solving and investigative skills. 
  • Understand and adhere to organizational policies and procedures. 
  • Appropriately maintain financial and other confidential information.
